College Degree
It had always been my dream to receive a college degree. In 1997 I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Edwards University, Austin, Texas, with a 3.69 G.P.A.. Pretty good for someone, who
according to my ex-husband, was too stupid to do anything!
Synchronistic Relationship
If you don't believe in synchronicity -
just read this! I was on a flight to London via Atlanta and met
a gentleman from New York. I "accidently" sat in his seat in First
Class.
That was over 4-1/2 years ago and now we're married. He came into
my life when I least expected it.
I had reached a point that I would be happy living by myself
- I had friends, I had my family, I had my interests and was perfectly
happy with who I was (and still am). I did my homework - that
is, understanding who I am, where I came from, what paths I've
taken, the relationships I've attracted, etc. I reached into the
depth of who I am and began to like that person. I was no longer
desperate for a relationship, I didn't fear being alone - I was
happy just by in the moment.
Remember: You never know when or where you will meet
your partner - do your homework.Like who you are, let go of the
past, and be open to life! Love life, forgive yourself and others,
be positive, and understanding of yourself and others. Know that
being alone and lonely are two different concepts.
You never know when or where you will meet someone who will make a difference in your life.
One of the best ways to have synchronistic things happen to you is simple: Keep A Journal (Dream Journal, Daily Journal, Grateful Journal or whatever type of journal meets your needs.) Open yourself up to the possibilities! Be a participant of life not an observer. The more you keep track of these synchronistic
events, the more you are in touch with LIFE. Remember: There are NO synchronistic/coincidental events that are insignificant. Some may be unpleasant, some maybe silly, some maybe wonderful. But, every event is important and they have something to do with the
scheme of YOUR life.
If you would like, send me your synchronistic stories at the below email
address or mailing address. I wouldlike to hear your story.
Don't Stop Dreaming
Many of my dreams have come true.
Now I dream of peace throughout the world, cures for all ailments, and that children will no longer be orphaned. And I dream that the stories of orphans who are making a difference in this world will touch at least the soul of one orphan. Send me your stories so that dream can be possible.
